Besides other world religions, there are philosophical worldviews that compete to draw people away from the gospel and from Christ. In this mini-lesson, we will give a brief review of the basic teachings of some common worldviews.

1. Naturalism

According to naturalism, all that exists is matter. The universe follows the laws of cause and effect. Man is nothing more than a complex machine, and God does not exist. History is a flow of events with no purpose.
